Spread Warmth: Join Our "Scarves for Kindness" Fleece Drive!
/Our 2nd and 4th-grade buddy classes are gearing up for our annual Scarves for Kindness project! This wonderful tradition teaches students that kindness is contagious by having them hand-make and donate fleece scarves to neighbors in need. Each scarf is cut, tied, and finished with a personal note of care from our students.
To reach our goal of creating 200 scarves this year, we need your help! We are gathering fleece donations from our amazing community. If you would like to contribute fabric, here is what we are looking for:
Full-yard cuts of fleece fabric.
Plaid patterns are highly preferred! The straight grid lines are perfect for helping our young students practice their cutting skills.
Please drop off in the Front Office in a bin labeled "Scarves for Kindness." We are accepting donations until November 20th. Thank you!
