Responsible for organizing and coordinating the school wide spelling bee in compliance with the rules and regulations of the Scripps National Spelling Bee http://www.spellingbee.com/ The chair and co-chair(s) compile and distribute the spelling lists for the various grades, coordinate the use of rooms, and work with the teachers, principal and president of the PTA to schedule students for the various stages of the competition.
