The Hospitality Chair is responsible for gathering and collecting volunteer baker's names to bring things for events: Bingo night, Movie night, Staff appreciation, etc.  Coordinating (calling/email) the bakers to bring items when needed.  Making sure portable has pop, water, napkins for upcoming events.  Making coffee and providing refreshments for PTA meetings if wanted. This committee works well with two or more co-chairs sharing the work.
