The Moorlands Holiday Shop is an opportunity for your children to shop for gifts for friends and family in the secure atmosphere of our school.  The Holiday Shop will provide the children with an opportunity to purchase gifts ranging in price from $0.25 to $15.  The Holiday Shop will be staged in the Moorlands PTA Portable.

Volunteering at the Holiday Shop:
 
Nine volunteers are needed each day at the times indicated above to help the Holiday Shop run smoothly.
 
The following is a description of each volunteer role:
 
Door Monitor (1 each day) Due to the size limitations of the PTA Portable, only a certain number of children will be allowed into the Holiday Shop at one time.  The door monitor will let children into the Holiday Shop as other children leave.
 
Cashiers (2 each day) - use a cash register to ring up the children's purchases and take their money/make change.
 
Gift Wrappers (2 each day) - Gift Wrappers will place purchased items into a holiday-themed bag and staple it closed.
 
Table Monitors (4 each day) - Table Monitors will be responsible for controlling inventory and helping children make their gift selections from the items displayed at their designated table.
