Responsible for coordinating the assembly of material to be mailed to families prior to the first day of school. This group typically meets the week prior to the first day of school. Work with the office staff and PTA to collect district fliers, pamphlets, and make copies as needed for packets. This is a once a year task that can take anywhere from one to three hours depending on the number of volunteers.
