The program includes a variety of different artists, from different cultures, and time periods. This helps to expand the students awareness of art appreciation, and a variety of artistic mediums. Mediums include: pencil, charcoal, watercolor, clay, tempera paint, oil, pastels, chalk and a variety of paper types. The program is conducted with a series of questions and discussions related directly to the piece of art brought into the classroom. There is never a right or wrong answer, only contributions to the conversation.
